Hashed Ventures, a Seoul-based crypto venture capital firm, is expanding its operations to Abu Dhabi through a new partnership with the global tech ecosystem Hub71.
CEO of Hashed Ventures, Simon Kim, told Bloomberg that the company plans to establish a local office in Abu Dhabi and is considering opportunities to raise funds in the city. The venture capital’s further goal is to facilitate entry of South Korean startups into the UAE market, particularly in fintech and blockchain sectors. Kim mentioned that Hashed has started collaborating with South Korean companies valued over $1 billion to enter the Abu Dhabi market.
